Influenster Relaunch!

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the company Influenster just relaunched its new website!! Have you missed my raves of www.influenster.com? Well here is a brief description about their company/mission straight from their website:

"Influenster is a free-to-join community of invited trendsetters who live to give opinions of products and experiences. Influenster creates links between brands and members to reward participation and influence future products."

The major reward is being selected for VoxBoxes which are themed boxes filled with around 4-5 new products that they want you to test for free! Of course you have to earn these VoxBoxes by earning badges and spreading the word about products through social media. Also your demographics are also considered in the process.

By unlocking badges and posting reviews, blogs, pictures, Q&As about different products you can "influence" your Influenster score and also your expert badges scores! The higher the score the better change at being picked for a VoxBox! Currently you can only have 5 expert badges so pick the ones that are mist interested in but you can unlock as many lifestyle badges as you want!

I have been lucky enough to receive two VoxBox since join the site in January, the Love VoxBox 2012 and the Summer Beauty VoxBox of 2012. They had some great products in them which I have reviewed in my previous posts!

I really love the new website! It is very user friendly and if you have any problems you can contact Influenster through admin@influenster.com or post on their Facebook wall and others will try to assist you!  Its really great since they have added more products to review and read reviews about. Also you can ask questions about different products and other members will gladly answer your questions.

Lipton's Mango Pineapple Iced Green Tea To Go Packets

Hello everyone! I've been finally getting some samples I sent out for so I can review for you guys!

Today's post is about Lipton's Mango Pineapple Iced Green Tea To Go Packets.

From Lipton's website about the product:

I received a sample of the product through Lipton. 

The packet was great to throw in your purse or bag for on the go. You mix the packet in a average size bottle of water and shake. It was tastey, fruity and refreshing. But it had the after taste that Crystal Light products leave. I am not fan of that but I might be willing to try another flavor. I am always looking for flavor blasts to put in my water.

I received the Graphite Gravity color in my voxbox. I think the color is a little to dark for the effect to really work. But I really like the concept and I can't wait to try one of the brighter colors! The 3D effect really gives your nails a unique look. The most crucial tip I can provide is the second coat needs to be thick! Also set aside around 30 minutes to do since you need to do each nail individually.

Always & Tampax Radiant Collection

Hello all! In today's first post I am reviewing Always & Tampax's new Radiant Collection which was included in Influenster's Summer Beauty Voxbox 2012.

The sample that I received included two tampons, a pad, and three liners which all were packaged in a pouch that you can put in your purse and take with you into the bathroom.

I tested the pad and liners (I personally don't use tampons) and they were great. The pad felt comfortable and I did not have a leak which is always a girl's concern. The liners were great for everyday minor leaks and was thin enough that it didn't feel like you were wearing anything.

Even though I don't use tampons, from the photos below you can tell it has a reusable package that helps with easy disposal.

Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen

Second post of the day?!?! I know shocking! But this is my review of Hawaiian Tropic 

Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen from my Influenster Summer Beauty VoxBox 2012!

I put Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen 30 SPF on before going to a 

Orioles baseball game this past Thursday which it was around 99-100 degrees out. 

I sat for about 10 minutes and it was already coming off from the sweat (which resulted 

in my face getting burned). It smells great but it didn't work well for major sun exposure.

Now granted it didn't say it was waterproof but I think that every sunscreen should be,

whether you're in the pool/ocean or just sweating badly sunscreen needs to stay on. I 

will probably test it again when I am in moderate weather and not in extreme heat.

But as scent and feel of the product goes it was great. Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion 

Sunscreen has a tropical/coconut scent and it really moisturized my skin. Thats why I feel 

this product would be better if you were going on a picnic or taking the kids to the playground.

Quaker Soft Baked Banana Nut Bar

Hello everyone! This post is for the first product I reviewed from my Influenster 

Summer Beauty Voxbox 2012! 

The quickest one to test was the Quaker Soft Baked Banana Nut Bar and let me tell 

you it was delicious! The packaging recommended to warm it up in the microwave 

before eating and I think that really made the difference. It's a great tasty 

and healthy snack to have instead of a bag of potato chips. It really tasted like 

I was having a slice of homemade banana bread.

Review:
All I got to say is this razor is AMAZING! I love that I don't have to lather up before shaving so it saved me a ton of time in the shower. And as a added bonus they include a razor holder you can stick to the wall of your shower to help it dry. I will be recommending this razor to everyone I know!

I Just Received My Love VoxBox!
